Joe Mountain is the Sustainability Lead for the N Brown Group and Director of Future Fashion Fair CIC. Joe has previously worked in fabric development in both the denim and luxury sectors and with his keen interest in both the circularity and regeneration of nature, made the switch to a sustainability role after completing his MSc in Textile Innovation and Sustainability at Leeds University.

Over the last two years, Joe has focused on enhancing N Brown's inclusive size and fit proposition as part of the integration of circular design and has seen him join the Drapers 30 under 30 list in 2024.

He continues to work with local businesses and communities outside of this role to inspire cultural changes in consumer behaviour and support the transition to a circular fashion system.
