Ricky was previously instrumental in building Ted Baker's Global Wholesale and Licensing business. This spanned 53 countries, with combined retail sales value across both areas totalling £800m, split equally.
Ricky is a self-motivated individual who seizes the day and embraces the highs and lows of the moment with a can-do attitude. He built successful Global teams over 29 years by being straightforward, honest, humble, empathetic to the needs of others, recognising success in others and rewarding when possible.
Now, together with the founder of Ted Baker and former colleagues they have embarked on a new journey reinvigorating and rejuvenating Sealskinz, the award winning waterproof accessories business, with manufacturing based in Norfolk to a wider audience.
