Stephanie, owner of Joshua Adams Menswear, has 30 years’ experience in senior business management, PR and Marketing.  The past 15 years has seen Stephanie has been working in the independent retail sector, in the early days it was high end occasion wear and bridal and focusing for the last 14 years on menswear tailoring including off the peg suits,  bespoke and made to measure suits and both general formal and casual wear.   

Pre-Covid, Stephanie developed a strategic plan to take the business to new levels and post covid through her drive and ambition saw the opening of the 4,500sq ft flagship store in Cleckheaton (based between Leeds and Bradford), new openings (Ilkley), successfully winning the Drapers 2023 Independent menswear retailer, amongst other industry specific awards.  More recently Stephanie is now pushing and developing new market areas in her bid to support the businesses local communities.
